Do I need to have experience in online marketing?
No you DO NOT need to have any experience in online marketing.  This training is designed for people with zero experience, intermediate and those already in the field.
Is my membership a contract?
No this is NOT a contract.  You can cancel your membership any time 24/7 with no notice.
What is your accepted payment method?
You can pay by Visa, Master, Discover or PayPal.

Do you provide ongoing training for members?
Yes we do have ongoing training available to all our active members.
I can't find my registration link email after sign up.

Your registration link is sent to the email forwarded to our system by PayPal.  We recommend you also check your spam/junk folder.  If you don’t see it check your PayPal primary email or simply contact us by clicking on the Contact Us at the bottom of this page.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM EST.  We are closed on weekend and all USA national holidays.  All tickets are answered within 24 hours if submitted during work hours.  However, if you submit a ticket on a Friday it will not be answered until Monday.

Please not that sometime depending on the volume of tickets received it can take up to 24 – 48 hours for the support team to respond to your support ticket.  In most cases your ticket will be responded to faster.
