Returns & Refunds Policy

We sincerely believe that you will absolutely love our products and services.

Here’s how it works…

Digital Products:    Since these items are digital downloads, we regret that once the products have been purchased by you, all sales are final.   Due to the fact that digital products are non-returnable, your order may not be cancelled or refunded.  We will however make exception to our refund policy under certain circumstance like accidental multiple orders of the same product.   By purchasing our digital downloadable products, you agree that your purchase is final.

If, however, you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased product/s, then help is available.  Please see your purchase receipt for our support contact information or simply send an email to support@ecommercesuccessblueprint.com

Recurring Subscriptions:  You can cancel any one or all of your recurring monthly subscriptions at any time. Once your member account has been canceled, you will no longer have access to that program.  However, you can rejoin at a future date by creating a brand new member account.  No former member discount should be expected!

To cancel your subscription at any time, please log in to your Pay Pal account which is automatically created when you join and cancel your membership or subscription.

Please DO NOT email us for subscription cancellation.  Instead, you should personally do the cancellation in your own account.  This way we can be sure you are the one cancelling and not someone else who may have access to your email account.
